Our Skincare Studio Policies in Mesa, AZ

CP Studio has a strict 48-hour cancellation and reschedule policy for Monday through Friday appointments. Saturday appointments have a seven-day cancellation/reschedule policy. These policies must be honored, so our team can be effective and fair to all clients while eliminating the financial impact caused by missed appointments (no-shows), late cancellations, and late reschedules.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment time. Your credit card is only charged if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice or if you no-show your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the amount of the total value of the service booked to the credit card on file. There are no exceptions for any reason. This policy applies to everyone regardless as to the reason(s) why, including illness of any sort.

For Saturday appointments, if seven days notice is not given to cancel or reschedule or if the appointment is no-showed, a $135 non-refundable fee is charged to the card on file. If payment is declined for any reason, all future appointments will be canceled, and you can only make an appointment again once the fee is paid.

What’s a No-Show?

For all treatments, a “no-show” is considered not showing up for the appointment, contacting CP Studio after the appointment start time, or anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the value for the missed appointment. If you have purchased a package, 1 of your prepaid package services will be redeemed for your no-show fee. There are no exceptions for any reason. This policy applies to everyone regardless as to the reason(s) why, including illness of any sort.

CP Studio’s Late Policy

If you are late for your appointment, it will not be extended; it will end on time according to the initially booked time, and you will be charged in full as if you showed up on time. If you are ten or more minutes late, you will be considered a No-Show and will be charged the 100% full-service fee to the card on file.

There are no exceptions for any reason.
