General Questions
You can receive any spa treatment before your injections. However, if you just got Botox and/or fillers we recommend waiting at least 14 days after your injections, so your injection doesn’t get disrupted before it has time to work. For more information about your treatment timeline, call or text us at (480) 359-6768.
We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. By arriving early, we can maximize your time in the studio, filling out paperwork and discussing your skincare goals before your treatment time even begins.
If you’re a returning client, we recommend arriving anywhere from five to ten minutes before your appointment, just in case we need to go over paperwork with you. Plus, you can get settled, so when your treatment time arrives, you’re ready to relax and rejuvenate.
Due to safety and liability regulations, children are not permitted in the treatment room unless they are the one receiving the service. If your child or teen (ages 13-18) wants to receive a facial or other spa treatment, a parental consent form must be filled out by parent/guardian at time of service, and this adult must remain on site in the treatment room during the service.
At CP Studio, time is valuable. A valid credit card is required at time of booking to secure the appointment time whether booking online or by phone. However, your credit card is not charged unless you cancel less than 48 hours or “no-show” your appointment. At CP Studio, we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. So when in doubt, give us a call if life happens! For more information about our cancellation process, check out our policy page.

Proper home care is essential to maintaining your results! Our home care instructions are designed to enhance your results—you get the most bang for your buck with our treatments.
With microneedling, we’re creating a controlled micro-injury in epidermis to stimulate Collagen I and III, the proteins that are responsible for the skin’s tightness and firmness. However, Collagen III takes three to four months to remodel and convert to Collagen I, which is why we typically recommend a series of three treatments.
It’s important to note that the number of sessions required depends on how each individual responds to the treatment, so you may need more or less than three sessions.
Like any cosmetic procedure, maintenance is necessary to maintain results. In the case of microneedling, we want to keep stimulating collagen production because even though we may try to wish it away, the aging process doesn’t stop. Collagen is constantly being broken down by the aging process, environmental issues, and other lifestyle choices, so in order to retain youthful-looking skin, we recommend hassle-free maintenance treatments.
Mesenchymal stem cells originating from bone marrow are the most powerful and versatile population in your body, able to transform into myriad cell types to fight injury and inflammation. As they leave the bone marrow and travel throughout the body, these stem cells act as command and control centers, directing the process of healing to minimize overall damage.
At CP Studio, we use a stem cell solution that contains pro-healing, anti-inflammatory growth factors and cytokines. The cells are cultured in a laboratory, within a controlled environment that fosters production of the biosignals that will engage in skin repair and rejuvenation. The product is 100% free of inflammatory cells, cell fragments, RNA, or DNA. This revolutionary solution pairs best with our microneedling treatment, initiating the healing process and promoting radiant, youthful-looking skin.
Chemical Peel Questions
At CP Studio, we’re transparent about your results, and the fact is one chemical peel will never fix all your skincare woes. Instead of anything extremely aggressive and potentially harmful, we take a progression method with all our treatments, but especially chemical peels.
The average cell cycle is shedding and renewing every 28 days so around week four of the series, that’s when you will start to see results. However, by week six you should see upwards of a 50% improvement in your complexion concerns! It’s important to remember that long term home care after a series is also essential to keep the skin healthy and maintain your results.
